Great rate and friendly people to boot

Faye was great. Any issues we had were with other employees. Faye was always pleasant and happy to help resolve any issues.
Everything was explained properly and all communication was great. Uploading documents seemed to be the only small glitch, where documents were uploaded, and I could see the docs, but they were requested again. Other than that, everything was seamless, clear and quick!
It was very hard to get in touch with the right people to get answers. I was told my escrow account would be mailed to me. This was told to me many times. Weeks after closing, I was then told I would not receive my money from escrow and that it was applied to my loan. I made several calls prior to closing to make sure this didn't happen and it did anyway.
