Good service
since this was my first home buying experience the staff were patient with me and went over things more than once I needed it
It went smoothly, and good communication throughout the process.
Process took way too long. Brandon was not helpful in explaining status of loan application or expectation of completion. I have a very high FICO score and low loan to value. No excuse to delay loan approval for months.
This is my second mortgage with PENNYMAC and both experiences were great! Patrick was very helpful and great to work with.
Made a call and got a house that easy.
