Very dedicated professional
I live in a rural area and was told that I needed to get my water source tested. When I asked Sarkis where to get the water test he said it was fine to get it anywhere. I spent $150 on a test that met the requirements only to find out that it had to be done by the local health department. I was told that I would be reimbursed and I have still not received the reimbursment. The approval was on 10/14/21.

Everything was above my expectations
Just one thing…I was told my refi did not go through then I received a call it did. Just the confusion left me worrisome for a couple of days. Important part: I got the loan 😆!!!

Jacob started out quite well in explaining paperwork and expectations. However, around the closing, I felt as though Jacob stopped communicating and provided what I understand from speaking with others at PennyMac to include supervisors and managers, as being incorrect information that led to confusion, misdirection and an unacceptable amount of my time it getting questions answered because i got passed around to multiple people. I had two loans in process. For both loans information told to me did not take place at first. Luckily I had written down all details so both loans were corrected for the most part. The second loan had more problems. So programs laid out at the beginning did not happen later in the process when I had submitted all my paperwork. I read the documents that came to me and saw the discrepancies. I felt like someone was just hoping I would not notice.
