The people were all very nice and were willing to work with me
Kelvey is amazing! We had a botched experience with a previous rep on a different app and had to completely redo our app and fortunately got Kelvey who completely turned it around and was super helpful and his communication was second to none.
The entire experience with Zaneta was superb. My only beef with the company was getting an attorney to come to our home to do the actual closing. This was very frustrating. The closing department gave us contradicting information which was changing by the minute. I think Penny Mac needs to work on closing coordination to allow for a smooth stress free transaction. I was surprised how smoothly everything went without any hiccups till the day of closing.

I still am having an issue with my Discount Tire payoff. My credit report is still showing an outstanding balance even though the check has been cashed. Any help with this would be appreciated. Sandrea’s been great the whole way through!
