Very impersonal all the way through. No personal communication- everything online, which means a lot of info is anticipated and not answered immediately…no assurance until process has been completed. It’s natural for the younger millennials of the world but not for the people used to direct contact. I belong to a generation who abhors answering machines and not the generation who gets anxious about human contact. Thanks for asking online though. You made my case.

Aloha. All the representatives we communicated with from PENNYMAC from beginning to end of refinance were fantastic. They all did their best for me and my family. They did all types of scenarios to see what best fit our situation. The auditors, appreciators all came to us. We did not have to lift a finger. All were so helpful and kind. PENNYMAC made this terrifying process easy and understandable. I’m sticking with PENNYMAC forever!!!
