Good customer service
Communication was pretty good I guess I thought it would be a bit quicker and I sent multiple documents more than once but the service was friendly and it got handled so I’m pleased.
Jon's way of communicating made you feel like he was smarter than you and he was the only one that knew how things needed to be done. Could definitely work on listening to the needs of the customer (me) instead of just telling me how it needed to be done. Sometimes when working with a builder it's not always as simple and easy as Jon felt it should've been. A refinance took over three months to complete. We were not introduced to Elyccia until we were over half way through the process. The lengthy process was frustrating. We chose to refine with our existing mortgage company because we thought it would be a quicker streamlined process. I had to request escalating our loan to management a couple of times in an attempt to move the process along.

EVERYTHING!!!! NO ONE LISTENED TO WHAT WAS NOT ACCURATE....ESPECIALLY OUR CREDIT RATING AND THE APPRAISAL ..IT WASN'T EVEN OUR HOME....AND, WE HAD TO PAY $445. FOR THE APPRAISAL! THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WAS DISHONEST AND NOW WE ARE TRYING TO GET THE APPRAISER TO CALL US. OF COURSE, HE HAS NOT!
