Rosario helped me out so much. My loan got denied after months of being approved after I put in my offer on my home. I never received a call or email saying that my loan was denied. I found out due to receiving a refund on my appraisal. I was very upset because I thought I was going to lose the house. I was told my loan officer was out with Covid and someone would call back later; my income was put in incorrectly by a different loan officer that I did not talk to previously.
