Great experience
More personal focus. Obviously dealing with too many applications at same time. Multiple requests from different people for same documents already submitted. Overall processes need improvement. Employees were not knowledgeable and need more training. Overall experience extremely frustrating. Expected refinancing with same company to be easier. The open communication and clarity made a huge difference
Deon was terrible at his job. Multiple times the closing was pushed back because he continuously improperly submitted documents. He was difficult to work with and would not complete any tasks that was needed. I have a few loans with penny Mac and hope to continue to do business with penny Mac but please never again with Deon!
If I had been asked to rate Andrea Flores my answers would have been very different. I received multiple inaccurate closing statements and my impression was the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Andrea Flores was the person who I trusted to give me the correct information and help me through the lengthy process.
Very professional and clear with communication. Our refi process went fantastic and we were very pleased.
