John Paider was the reason I stuck with PennyMac. The analysts (possibly John’s supervisor?) we’re mired down in a state of confusion at all times. John held things together. He answered his phone at all hours and was extremely patient. I have been involved in finance for 40 years because I own a manufacturing company. Heavy duty financing, not personal mortgages. Even though a lot of the Penny Mac analysis was Micky Mouse, John kept things on track until the deal closed. Hang on to that guy. Mike Stolzman
