Kuklinski answered all my questions. And was great!
The loan processor, Liem, was the only reason that the loan got down. The under writer and Title Company didn't perform there part efficiently or effectively, very confusing and outright wrong, the created several delays and hardship in getting the loan finalized.
I would give an outstanding job by Liem for helping navigate through the process..And Penny Mac did an excellent job of improving their WEBSITE. It was much easier to use for uploading our documents.
