It was all in house my old and new loans were by the same Co Pennymac
Ms. Veronica was a kw as uth s very pleasant and willing to take the time to answer all our questions. She kept us informed all through the process.
Better communication
I had to change my primary loan handler during the process. My first loan handler did not do a good job. She was not communicating with myself or my builders, and gave me an attitude when I asked about it. Changing to Leticia was the best choice. I got A1 service from her and she fought for me to have the best experience. I would only recommend directly to Leticia and Kyle. They were the best team.
Met or exceeded expectations. I gave 9’s because I believe a 10 is almost impossible. So my “9” is your 10.
