All of my expectations were met Great experience
Everything was outstanding - from beginning to close; except I shredded the check when closing by accident and I still have yet to receive the reissued check from the Escrow company!
There’s an automated documents request system that is used and it contradicts what has actually been submitted. On several occasions, I had already submitted requested documents but then was sent an automated email asking for them to be submitted. It caused some confusion during the process.
Very professional
The process was smooth and everyone kept us informed every step of the way.
