Michael was very thorough and always available when needed.
PennyMac has poor website and document management. It is unbelievable that the system is a live system. Constant emails asking for documents already submitted is frustrating. Loading document onto website to be told they are missing is frustrating. Michael did a great job. PennyMac should invest in their IT to help their employees.
