Overall a great experience
So many ways to get information about the loan during the entire process that I never found myself at a loss about what was happening with the loan.
Left hand didn’t know what right hand was doing. Getting conflicting information was stressful.

It would've been nice to actually speak to Ms. Jones more than one or twice but calla were often made when I wasn't available due to the time difference.
