It was all through email and phone. Closing was at my house
Despite some permit issues needing to be resolved mid-process on our end, the PennyMac team was patient, understanding and helpful in guiding us through to the closing. Deymian Scott was a pleasure to work with and always available to answer my questions on the specifics of our loan and timeline.

Great response and communication and quickly closing
Through the whole process I spoke to probably twelve different loan people. I reguested to speak with Nick bonofacio several times through voice Mail email and left message with the loan representative that I spoke with on the phone and he called back once. Don’t know who Candice is, never had any contact with her. When they requested the wrong document and I tried to explain what the correct document was , it took them at least four times to understand. Better understanding or communication about a document that was needed
I was very happy with my experience. Jasmine was an outstanding customer service rep and exceeded my expectations. However, there were errors on my loan documents. Also, the original costs for the Iona I was give were raised unexpectedly before closing.
Pennymac has always provided exceptional service. Ms. Johnson maintained that standard.
