Five Star service!
Response time was very long and the communication was poor. Also had several documents in the portal that weren't processed delaying everything .
Everyone involved was very polite and courteous and very straight forward about the process from start to finish.
Great customer service and handled very expeditiously!
PENNYMAC'S online portal was.difficult and I couldn't reach anyone to ask for help. This system needs to be.more user friendly for not-so-computer-savey persons such as myself
