Linda Frazier, the individual, is a gem. I gave a GREAT experience review ONLY because of her. PennyMac, the company, is incompetent. The invasive documentation requests for a simple lateral no-cash out refi were insulting and tortuous. PennyMac's right hand is clueless about its left hand. I was bounced around to 3 different loan officers. I'm sorry I ever undertook the project. It was not worth the aggravation.
Suzzane communicated the status of the loan regularly. She followed up with our requests in a timely manner during various stages of the loan process.
Ms López was exceptional, professional and personable. She coordinated with various parties and diligently kept us informed.
