It appears that the company is a race for sales and not quality service. Since there are so many departments, the departments need to communicate better with each other to ensure once something is communicated with the client it is accurate. If things are moving smoothly in the process, sale agent or loan processer needs to get management involved immediately. Deymian and Asiah was great, the last person I spoke with about the closing had a bit of difficulty communicating and multiple requests for the same documents was a bit off. The overall price experience was great.
Wish they would of communicated earlier So i could of gotten closer to a 2.2 interest rate.
Loan process was quick and easy. Loan processor was very knowledgeable and and had a pleasant disposition.
