Communications were constant and honest during the entire loan process.
Phillip was who took my appication and he was awesome as well. I could call him and have questions whatever and he had all the answers. Then Michelle out of Plano TX is who I really delt with afterwards on the finial steps of process. Which is is only about 35minutes from my resident so that was great knowing I had someone close by and not states away I was dealing with. Everything from beginning to end was seamless and effortless. All those I spoke with were always very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to close in less than the estimated time planned.
A little longer process than what I expected, but overall my experience was great. Craig was honest and knows my situation after our initial interview. Krystal Fuentes was on top of the loan document processing. Together with Christina White, she was patient with us. They updated us often and regularly when there was a lull as the loan went to the approval phase. We are happy that our mortgage payments is considerably lower. We should have done it before.
