At first I was hesitant about the refinance process because I've never done it before however after everything was explained to me I felt more at ease. The process didn't take long however just getting my documents together in a timely manner was a little hectic.

Easy,accurate and timely
Each step of the process was on time and early.
Anna was great she went out of her way to make everything went smoothly
They got my payments and my closing costs down to my expectations. The only thing that they got wrong on my paperwork: my belated husband was in the Army, not the Air Force. Other than that everything went smoothly.
I had my original loan with Pennymac and came back for my refi. Great experience. Very easy both times. Will do it again.
