Fantastic job
The entire PennyMac team was pleasant to deal with, the rate at which they returned emails and or phone calls was horrendous.
10 Stars. Couple minor hiccups with paperwork but with so much paperwork overall it was no problem. Communication was extremely good on Pennymacs part.

I had trouble with lender did not explain if I would receive any funds from the new loan I was very disappointed
Everything was well explain and everyone had a lot of patience to answer all my questions
