I've purchased and refinanced homes with Pennymac & other lenders on multiple occasions. Working with Ivonne was by far the hardest transaction I have dealt with. No matter how much I tried to explain things to her and no matter how hard I tried to inform her of why I am requesting not to count my business income; she would not listen and will talk down to me.
