DeAngelo walked me through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and great details. DeAngelo promptly returned my calls and emails. DeAngelo made this a very easy and successful process!!!!
Communication could have been better. I was unable reach people vis phone so had to resort to email Communication. Documents were asked for sometimes repeatedly. Payoffs were not arranged and closing had to be delayed. The people were very nice but some of the instructions weren't very clear. Otherwise a very good experience and the rates were the best around.
