Have one person to interphase with from start to finish. There were too many people involved that required my interaction.
The entire refinance process was smooth. We have refinanced before and felt like we were constantly sending in updated paperwork. Not in this case. Also the closing happened within the timeframe discussed.
The process was painless! The PennyMac team answered my questions and clearly communicated what to expect. Easiest loan process I've ever been through!
