I've purchased and refinanced homes with Pennymac & other lenders on multiple occasions. Working with Ivonne was by far the hardest transaction I have dealt with. No matter how much I tried to explain things to her and no matter how hard I tried to inform her of why I am requesting not to count my business income; she would not listen and will talk down to me. Tanairy did a great job communicating. However, PennyMac clearly has internal communication issues and poor internal loan processing or CRM software issues. Initial sales rep (NOT Tanairy) was attentive and diligent until we were locked in. He then became unresponsive, and we clearly got handed off to administrative staff. We were asked to submit documents that had previously been uploaded. Our income and other application details got lost along the way leading to a full stop of the process 60 days in.
