This process was much smoother and quicker than I expected.

Zanetta was exceptional to work with. My only concern was with the individual that conducted our appraisal. I felt that they did not provide an accurate evaluation. We went through a review process, which didn't result in a change in the evaluation. I understand that there are specific regulations that must be followed, but we do not believe that the person who conducted the appraisal had the proper skills and abilities to perform that type of work.
Loan was a easy process. I enjoyed working with penny mac and felt the value exceeded my expectations.
Everyone that was involved in processing my loan I would like to say Thank You. Krystal Fuentes, Billy Manapat, Shannon Swanson, and Jaime Hennessy you guys did a fast and fanatics job. Thanks again

Chantal was awesome. Amrock is hot garbage. Jacquelyn Hill was horrific also. So was the original title company.
