Everyone was very kind and explained the process of our refinance very well. The process went smoothly and now we’re saving $150 a month! PennyMac customer service is also kind and helpful! The website is easy to manage. I would definitely refer anyone to PennyMac over the other mortgage companies we’ve had in the past.

The constant updates and friendly reminder that even though it drug a bit you were still working towards completion and solving the problems with our side of the loan. Overall a pleasant experience with kind people
We had to send the same documents several times. Our process started in October and did not get finalized until February. The checks we received to pay off the creditors were all based on old numbers and were therefore cut in an amount exceeding what we owe. This check issue has been a huge hassle.
My experience with PennyMac has been great. All persons I've dealt with was excellent. My refinances was done In less than a month.
