the team was very pleasant, professional and courtesy.
Had a really hard time getting documents requested submitted. Spent a lot of extra money faxing only to have someone else ask for the same paperwork the next day, slowing the process down more. Not happy with the paperwork process, but once completed, the loan wrapped up quickly.
It was a great experience!!
Although there were a few potholes early in the process, we were able to correct the issues and move the process forward. One can always anticipate bumps in the road between the lender and land title people, but getting them resolved in a timely manner deserves high marks.
If there was one person that I communicated with. Half the time I didn't know who I was supposed to send what to. As the sole person listed on the loan I was informed that I was having a scheduled appointment with a mobile notary on a Saturday morning, when nobody had even talked to the title agency who doesn't provide mobile notary on Saturdays. So everything seemed way unorganized, and confusing. The communication was lacking outside of the initial contact with Michelle.

Everything went very smoothly
It’s very difficult to get ahold of your loan manager. The worst part about the process was how unclear everything it and you have no communication on how things are going or where you are in the process. I started my refinance process and a month later found out it was canceled because they had messed up the information. When I called to check they told me I had to start all over again so I did, when I did the terms had changed and I had to pay 500$ extra for the inspection and I didn’t before.
