good, positive, and effective with PannyMac. I did not receive my money till Feb 4 although the loan closed on Jan 25. Phone Communication with the title company was not positive.
It was a long process and the team was very patient as I was one of the clients who read everything in detailed and ensured that the purpose of my refinancing made sense. I was probably one of the difficult clients and I appreciate the support and patience. Thank you.

Was told by Winston that no W2s or paystubs needed from my job, that they were in some central system. Later got a million phone calls that that information was incorrect and it was all needed to proceed with the loan. It was not Mariela’s fault, it was first guy we talked to.
The portal was a very refreshing, it was very user friendly and affective. Mostly though it was a much better way to transfer information and made the whole process so much easier. I have refinanced my mortgage three times in the last seven years and this was far and away the best experience.
