The process took a bit longer than I thought but the results were accurate and good. I was contacted by some random person about my refinance and not sure how that person knew I was going through this with PennyMac...they wanted me to do a loan with them. All in all it was a good experience.

Better communication.. My work phone was used to contact me and i told them a few times to call me on my cell number but they continued to use my work phone even after letting them know.

My assigned loan processor, Nancy was very pleasant to speak with but did not do the work. Whenever there was an issue with documents that were needed, but had been uploaded at a prior date, she would not do her do diligence to find them but tell me that she had no control, it's what this or that department wanted and I had to resend the documents... But, if when I called, I lucked out and was rerouted to a different processor, they would be able to fix it and resolve the issue. Nancy spoke in circles, answers given wher... read more
