I asked to switch my loan from primary residence to Investment loan over 5 times until i got it done. The address on the forms was wrong and I requested several times for it to be changed, They my confidential information like social and IRS forms via email instead of through the portal. I offered to pay 20% because I've been told by OTHER companies that it was a requirement for investment property purchases, Tiras & She said it most definitely wasn't and NEVER mentioned any reason NOT to put 20% down. Antonae was thoughtful, knowledgeable and consise.
Jaciah was extremely blunt, direct, and matter of fact with any of the answers to my every question. This was refreshing. Most would sugar-coat things or soften their answers a bit, but Jaciah gave the precise answer immediately and didn't go back and forth on any details which was great. I appreciated the up-front approach he took with my call.
