I was going to refinance with someone else then I received a letter from Penny Mac about refinancing and I called I was quite please with the Info I got and from everything went well and my Son is looking to buy and I already told him about Penny Mac.
Jasmine did an acceptable job however I will not likely recommend PennyMac because of the lack of communication from Shalimar and the rest of the team. Shalimar did not answer questions in a timely manner and filled out our application wrong despite me correcting her on the initial phone call. When I addressed her error not being fixed messed up our cash to close and amount we were able to get out of our refinance she simply said "well that's ok". Since the min the mortgage adv picked up the phone I knew I was dealing with amazing people. All my questions were answered in detail, never felt rushed or pressured to commit to anything and the best part was the willingness my advisor had to meet our requests and make it work!!! So glad we made the change !!!!
It was easy to complete. There were some hiccups but we worked through them.
