Talking to a person and not talking to a computer or voiced generated call that’s what made it great we’ve been in the situation were in over two years all businesses need to adapt put their employees were there needed and not cheap it out if everybody’s on the phone it put more people answering the phone it is very frustrating and unacceptable not to answer the phone I’m old-school pencil and paper I can get all the information you want copied mail it and you would receive it quicker than myself for most of the world can do

I guessed someone forgot about when was the best time to call and make a note. Got many calls while I was at work during my lectures. Then, when I tried calling back I kept getting agents confused or asking for repeated doc requests.
