Always a great experience and they are looking out for our best interests.
There was no communication at all. I was given false hope and information many times for my closing date. It changed many times, because of the lack of communication. I won’t be using PennyMac ever again. I might even refinance due to how bad my experience was
process was very easy and professional. i was very happy with the notary coming to the house and brought documents. (I am caregiver to elder sister who is handicapped) and getting her out of the house is sometimes a struggle...especially with COVID. all went well. thanks
