My experience was overall seamless I just didn't appreciate my processor Karina. She did call with updates step by step which I appreciate but her responses were always short and she was eager to hang up. When a discrepancy came up rather than working with me to understand the problem she formed an attitude and just kept repeating the issue which got us nowhere. Process was smooth and everything explained clearly. If I did have a question it was answered or I received a call in a timely manner.

Nothing really. I was just not familiar with all the verbage.
Multiple requests for the same documents, closing date slipping without being contacted. I ended up providing the documents needed that PM was waiting for. Could have provided the same documents 2 months prior if asked. Delayed closing cost me over $4000. Everything worked out in the end, I guess.
Mr. Munoz always responded to my questions and emails the same day, usually within a few hours.
Very professional and polite. As a newly married family, I was never told my wife and 2nd form of id was needed when notery arrived
