Everything was was done quickly and and extremely smoothly; from the initial contact and explanations as to what the I.R.R.R.L. was all about right up to the closing - which was scheduled at our convenience and completed in our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the whole process was conducted by the folks at PennyMac!
Answered all my questions with knowledge and was polite and ready with paperwork .
The closing date was much sooner then I expected, the communication was great and everything was made so easy.The PennyMac team is awesome and I would definitely use them again and refer my friends and family to use the Mac team
Effective communications on closing process. A person signs the papers then what? There should have been a very specific closing/funding date communicated. Need direct access to assigned loan tech. Calling into a queue of people didn’t work for me. When issues arise, you didn’t chase down the problem. Your approach was well if there is an issue the title company will call me.
