Everything was was done quickly and and extremely smoothly; from the initial contact and explanations as to what the I.R.R.R.L. was all about right up to the closing - which was scheduled at our convenience and completed in our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the whole process was conducted by the folks at PennyMac!
From start to finish of the process of refinancing I was overly surprised how quick and smoothly PennyMac made the transition and the timing couldn't have been better because I had a couple of months before my refinance mortgage payment was due. So doing that time I was able to pay down a few bills. I love it when things go smooth and PennyMac definitely did that thank you

The closing date was much sooner then I expected, the communication was great and everything was made so easy.The PennyMac team is awesome and I would definitely use them again and refer my friends and family to use the Mac team
Effective communications on closing process. A person signs the papers then what? There should have been a very specific closing/funding date communicated. Need direct access to assigned loan tech. Calling into a queue of people didn’t work for me. When issues arise, you didn’t chase down the problem. Your approach was well if there is an issue the title company will call me. Process was easy and accurate, able to do it all online/over the phone. Mobile Notary coming to the house for closing was awesome.
