i spoke with Shalom once. it was a different person every time. trying to set a date for the closing was infuriating as we had the option of Friday the 21st i said we use weekends for family time & was told pick a date. i did and then was told that wouldn’t work it would have to be Friday, Saturday or Sunday. twice i had someone call at 7:00 pm & 8:16 pm we get up at 4:30 am i ask no one call after 6-6:30. i said i would call back on Monday after speaking with my husband & was told what i didn’t have 10-15 minutes to review ... read more

It was very easy but there was not a lot of communication after the application was submitted. Tyler was great initially with starting the process but then we recieved one introductory phone call from Penny Mac and nothing after that other than an email stating we could schedule our closing. Would have been nice once we selected a closing date if someone would have called us to confirm and discuss closing process.
Cesar was very timely with all the work that needed to get done, was clear in what was needed from me and when. Entire process was done without any mistakes and proceeded along in a timely manner to be finished before my expectations. Great Work.
