It was very easy but there was not a lot of communication after the application was submitted. Tyler was great initially with starting the process but then we recieved one introductory phone call from Penny Mac and nothing after that other than an email stating we could schedule our closing. Would have been nice once we selected a closing date if someone would have called us to confirm and discuss closing process.

Easy and thorough
It was unorganized and felt like one department did not know what another department was doing and I would continue to get requests for things I had already done or I was told I had completed everything then someone else would call and say they needed something else asap. I have close a lot of loans this was the worst.
On top of communication and easy to use portal!
