Overall Great. Getting the same requests for docs that had already been supplied became annoying. However< this process is complete and were happy to have it done. Thank you.

Pamela was always kind, however she is either not experienced and needs more training or lacks the skill set to perform this job. In late November early December 2021 I asked Layal for a new loan processor to take over for Pamela because I was not satisfied. That did not happen and what occurred afterwards for the next month until I closed it was a nightmare. Communication was great and made for a very easy process.
All communication was clear and concise. Requests were easy to understand and process to send documents was clearly communicate. Process was as pain free as I believe it could ever be.
Nancy was very professional and nice. The process was smooth up until the last few days. We feel like communicating good have been better. We were projected to close on Friday, 14 Jan. 22. Due to a a glitch with the appraiser, we did not finally close until4 pm 18 Jan 22 ( this was a holiday weekend). We lost 5 days of moving . This greatly impacted events (movers, U haul rental, moving out of rental etc). The appraiser provided a note to PennyMac on 10 Jan that a picture was needed to complete appraisal. It was a very lengthy process, there were a couple of hiccups along the way for sure
My great experience was mostly due to Jessie Adams, my loan officer. She was my main contact that I kept in touch with through the entire process!
