Lets see. My Interest rate is higher than advertised and I was told by another person who is hopping around that your company would match anything that was offered to her. I am at 3.75 and you are offering her 2.85 we work at the same job I have $20,000 more income than she does. Did you really even try.... Closing costs were tragic.

The entire process was amazing and truly much better than I anticipated. From the start I was told of the entire process and the expected time frames. The process was a week faster than anticipated and they setup the entire process to include the closing in our home. Brittany was amazing to work with.

I was not involved in this process. My spouse initiated it and communicated with you primarily. I was asked for employment documents via email, then someone else told my spouse that I didn't need to submit them. Very confusing. Lastly, the process took far longer than I would have expected for a simple refi. I don't know what the delays were.
