Everyone is knowledgeable and can answer my concerns. They abreast me with timelines and making sure that I am informed and always checks if I have questions. Pennymac has way better process than my first lender. I just hope I got a little more discounts 😁
Everything was great. Only issue for me is the portal to upload documents is not mobile friendly. Needs a bit of work.
