If I would have had the real personal communication I requested and was promised multiple times during the process. No expectation was ever followed that was set in the beginning, and I feel like I just got farmed out for a refinancing that I could have gotten from anywhere else. Even after closing I still had no expectation on what to expect aside form automatically generated emails, and never heard from anyone again.
