I don’t really think it was Amanda per we that made my experience so miserable. It was mostly Gavin McPoil. But I didn’t get a survey email for him. The last 3 weeks of my experience were one king nightmare of trying to get in touch with anyone who’s would give me some accurate information. Many lies were told, many phone calls were left unreturned. Again. Amanda didn’t do anything directly to make this more difficult. But she also didn’t reach out to make any of it better.
From the beginning to the end in our refinance process it was made easy and as stress free as possible. I felt comfortable with the communication and knowing that my questions would be answered in a timely manner. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience.
