Question 7 and the other answers that were less than stellar were due to the Title Company underperforming. All of the service and advice from Sandra, Paul, and PennyMac were over-the-top outstanding!

I appreciate when they learned that I am deaf and they are more than willing to communicate with me over the phone. They explained everything what I really needed to understand better about refinance. After they explained to me, I was satisfied.
The only issue was the closing disclosure was incorrect and did not include all the taxes in our escrow so the savings/month we thought we would have was not actually as much as anticipated due to the oversight. Everything else was great.
The communication and understanding I got from Jaciah Woods made the process of refinancing, less stressful.
Darcell was great. My closing was reschedule many times due to Covid. Darcell was emphatic and showed companion. I enjoyed working with Mrs Thomas
