The process to refinance was fast ,and stress free!
I didn’t want to take this survey, but when I considered the helpfulness, timeliness and exceptional expertise of all who assisted me refinance my loan, it was the least I could do. Good experience
There was a bit miscommunication about my location and my wife’s location to sign. But everything was resolved within 24hrs.
It was great and the people I talk to were very nice and very helpful.
The Hub is terrible never shows up the document I needed to upload until I called in and got upset. Would not use again
