Service link was unwilling to present another deed with my deceased wifes name removed. The death certificate was presented twice and this was my only request. They state that recording the death certificate which I had already done was enough, but it is something I wanted done for many reasons. So in order to get what I want I have to do the process then just did again. Also their customer service sucks, if they will process documents for pennymac again, I will not use them

Signing the closing documents was tedious, and we felt she was cold, and less than pleased to be here, and explain things when requested. It was talking like talking to an automatron.
I honestly didn’t want to do a refinance due to all the paperwork I thought would be expected of me BUT to my surprise the whole process was easier than I could have ever imagined!!! Everyone I had to work with from beginning to end were so informative and pleasant and they helped me with anything I needed! This entire process took less than 3 weeks and I was on vacation at my sisters in another state when a notary came to have me sign all the paperwork taking not even 45 minutes!!!
