Yesenia absolutely killed it. She was an excellent communicator and made things easy to understand. She had above and beyond timely communication and was a always pleasant to work with from the client side. I would highly recommend her to any client. Give that woman a raise or bonus! Definitely had to deal with way to many people. Everyone is always telling you something different. When doing a loan closing you should only have to deal with no more than 3 people & hopefully they are all on the same team
