Requested items not done was sent computer inquiries Asked to have escrow NOT to be used STILL USED. BANK ERROR delayed loan process and was charged extra interest due to your errors

I did not expect to refinance at this time but I'm glad I did. PennyMac made the process so easy from start to finish. They walked me thru every piece of the paperwork and was very respondent when I had a question. I will continue with PennyMac for all my home financial needs. They are a great company to work with!

I have been with Penny Mac for several years. Their customer service is amazing. The Penny Mac teams are on top of everything all the way through closing on the loan. I have to say I was more than pleased with the ease of my most recent refinance loan. It couldn’t have been better. PennyMac is an excellent mortgage company to work with and will always be my choice. They let you know that they appreciate you as a customer. They are absolutely the best! ***** If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Unexpected closing amount due to an issue on my side of the house but other than that the communication was frequent and the process is getting much better than before. Wish that title companies would go paperless.
