Sandra communicated with us throughout the entire process and answered emails/calls in a timely manner. Sandra collaborated very well with my realtor, closing agent and insurance company! Unexpected closing amount due to an issue on my side of the house but other than that the communication was frequent and the process is getting much better than before. Wish that title companies would go paperless.
