It was easy, fast and you guys got straight to the point.
Not having to send same documents numerous times. Not having to do all the work i had to pay them for. Them having the paperwork correct first time and not taking so long.
Penny Mac took the stress out of the process from me with their mortgage knowledge and explanation of how it will get done.
On the day of the close, the rep was 90 minutes late and offered no apology for it. This needs to be addressed.
The whole experience was really great.
There was confusion on the original agent communicated as to what was actually needed by the closing officer. I was told some of the documented material were waved and then the closing office had to keep checking with the original agent for clarification.
Great process.
