It was OK, but seemed to drag on a bit. However, COVID probably contributed to that.
Eliana was a pleasure to work with. She was very patient with all the questions I had, she was very diligent in getting back with me and was very responsive and interactive with me through the whole process. The home-buying process can be very stressful, but she was professional the entire time!
Transparency and communication. Also a loan officer who responds to any emails or phone calls at all. Eliana and Crystal are the only reason I didn't pull the plug and start over with another lender.

Sandra communicated with us throughout the entire process and answered emails/calls in a timely manner. Sandra collaborated very well with my realtor, closing agent and insurance company! I would definitely recommend anyone to work with Sandra and Penny Mac!! The entire process from start to finish was handled efficiently and professionally!!!
