I’m not very happy with my overall experience with PennyMac. It’s been a painstakingly SLOW process, but it’s people like Erica and our Loan Officer, Terrell, that keep me coming back. Erica inherited my file and it seems like ever since she took over, things have moved much faster. She’s been on top of the progress of the various stages of this loan’s process and made sure to keep communicating with me. It’s people like Erica that remind me of the excellent service that PennyMac used to stand - and stand out - for.

There really wasn’t much communication from my MAC team. I was left in the dark on how the closing was to take place. I feel like my loan officers didn’t reach out to walk me through the process.
