Process was quick and easy. Everything was explained to me and the process was completed in the timeframe I was given. My only problem is that the app doesn't reflect the refinance

The 2d attempt was handled by Chavaya and she handled all of our questions and the paperwork went smoothly.
My main issue is with Billy Manapat. He under quoted by ~600 dollars and I had to pay a 25 dollar wire fee. He assured me that there was to be no money needed to close , yet there was. I do not feel like I can trust him and the 25 dollar wire fee is absurd. If this was communicated better I would not have an issue. If Pennymac could grant me a 25 dollar visa gift card to assist with the wire fee this would greatly assist.
Very nice and communication is very good answered every question walked me through what I needed to do
