Since I don't delve in this kind of thing often, I had some questions that about different things that I didn't understand and my M.A.C team (Maria V.) was very much able to help and explain to me to where I totally understood and was able to get to them what they needed to finish up my application in a much more timely manner than I had anticipated (just about a month ahead of original date).

These surveys are a waste of time. Why? They do reflect if someone actually did a good job or not. They also do not take into consideration comparable circumstances. That said I was refinancing (5) different properties with multiple lenders. Barry was best in class. He did not over promise. But he overdelivered.

It took 2 months to get an appraisal back and it took 80 days to close. 45 day closing was expected.
