I am not going to type an essay. Long story short, it was very evident that I knew more about what exactly was needed for inspections, than PennyMac. Then, after a water test was completed, it was initially rejected with "failing" results, even though it was the exact same results as the last water test that was given to Penny Mac just two years prior on a previous loan for the house.
