The gentleman I spoke to at PennyMac, made my refinance quick and seem less. Answered all questions completely and promptly, then expedited the experience. I would recommend to others, and will probably do this again in the future when we decide to renovate some things on the house.

Every detail from start to closing was perfect. Every person that assisted me went beyond my expectations in helping me upload my documents to making sure I had an really great experience. Each person helped me with every request and if they didn’t have the answer they got someone on the phone that did. My thanks also goes out to Joshua Hylan. He was excellent from the get go. Our PennyMac Loan team was exceptional! From beginning to end the process was clearly explained and our expectations were met. We even closed earlier than expected. Jasmine and the whole team definitely exceeded our expectations!
