Don't ask for documents which are already submitted. Have the rep check first before calling. Happened twice. Then nothing to do with Chaix , but my loan hasn't been setup online yet and now I am waiting on hold for 35 minutes to try and get this resolved......change your messaging as well.....maybe some music. I don't need to hear how pennymac can help me when i can't get through......
Quickness and accuracy
Every detail from start to closing was perfect. Every person that assisted me went beyond my expectations in helping me upload my documents to making sure I had an really great experience. Each person helped me with every request and if they didn’t have the answer they got someone on the phone that did. My thanks also goes out to Joshua Hylan. He was excellent from the get go. PennyMac refinance process was flawless! Very pleased always have been pleased with them.
We filled out our loan application in September of 2021 and did not close until January 15, 2022. Seems a little extreme...........
I am not going to type an essay. Long story short, it was very evident that I knew more about what exactly was needed for inspections, than PennyMac. Then, after a water test was completed, it was initially rejected with "failing" results, even though it was the exact same results as the last water test that was given to Penny Mac just two years prior on a previous loan for the house. Brandy was amazing! She exceeded our expectations! Our loan process ran smoothly and we were able to close quickly!
Our PennyMac Loan team was exceptional! From beginning to end the process was clearly explained and our expectations were met. We even closed earlier than expected. Jasmine and the whole team definitely exceeded our expectations!
