If every member from my loan officer to every member of my MAC team were as good as Blake and Jose. They both listened, explained and responded to all my concerns and kept in touch with me especially Blake. One MAC team member had no clue to what she was talking about and was very rude. I called and requested my loan officer call me back four times and never once did I receive a call back. So if everyone was as considerate and helpful as Blake and Jose, it would have been a perfect experience.
I never worked with Dane Kilbourne. I was in contact with Travis Vorbeck. After the initial phone call to complete the application he emailed and answered one question. After that I didn't hear from anyone at PennyMac until the attorney contacted me before the closing.
Overall the Pennymac team kept things rolling. Can’t say the same about the title company. But it still got accomplished just took longer.
