It would have been better If there had been continuity, accountability, follow through, & ability to contact the correct people in a timely fashion. Our names were not spelled correctly FROM the beginning & it was communicated to them repeatedly. Not even all the closing documents were accurate. Also due to them dragging their feet, we didn’t close in a timely fashion so my property taxes were late & penalties had to be paid. It was NOT a pleasant experience. I had no problems with the beginning of the process with Matt.

The tech utilization was seamless. It almost felt too easy. Also the support was very timely in following up.
The first time we tried to do a refinance the agent in charge was incredibly unclear about what documents needed to be submitted. We submitted the ones that she asked for on time. And she proceeded to cancel our application, and wrote that we were not answering her and that’s why it was cancelled. We restarted the application and this group was much better about communicating but still we almost missed some of our deadlines because even though we submitted the documents they weren’t good enough for some reason. If your staff was honest we had three different closing costs so we couldn't close on the first time it was scheduled I was told the wrong interest rate the whole experience was a headache
